1. Pay attention to energy-saving work in air-conditioning purification. The air-conditioning itself consumes a lot of energy and has a large loss. During the installation and implementation, pay attention to the division of the system area, the calculation of the supply air volume, and the determination of the temperature and relative temperature. Determination of cleanliness level and number of air changes, fresh air ratio, air pipe insulation, the effect of bite form in air pipe production on air leakage rate, the influence of main pipe branch pipe connection angle on air flow resistance, whether the flange connection is leaking, etc. The selection of equipment such as fans, chillers and chiller units are all related to energy consumption. These related factors must be taken into consideration, repeated tests and inspections, and accurate records.
2. Air ducts require economy and efficiency. In centralized or purification air conditioning systems, the requirements for air ducts are both economical and effective for supplying air. The former requirements are reflected in cheap prices and convenient construction of dust-free workshops, and operating costs. The inner surface is smooth and has low resistance. The latter means good tightness, no air leakage, no dust generation, no dust accumulation, no pollution, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, humidity resistance, etc. During operation, sometimes the local resistance of the pipe is much higher than the resistance along the air pipe. This situation needs to be improved. The pipe mainly has elbows, reducers and tees. The center curvature radius of the bend should be Larger than the length of the side of the rectangular duct, the diameter of the round is doubled. For large cross-section ducts, deflectors should be added in the ducts to reduce the resistance. In actual installation and construction, this is rarely done. Reducing diameter, it should be made into a gradually expanding (shrinking) pipe. The expanding angle of each side of the gradually expanding pipe should be greater than 15 degrees. The shrinking angle of each side of the shrinking pipe should not be greater than 30 degrees. , The branch pipe should also have a certain radius of curvature, if you want to divert 90 degrees, you should add a baffle in the elbow.
3. The air-conditioning box should be selected according to the local climatic conditions. Regarding the selection of the air-conditioning box, the climate environment should be considered. For example, in northern areas where the winter temperature is low and the dust content in the air is large, a fresh air preheating section should be added to the general-purpose air-conditioning unit and water spray air treatment should be adopted. 4. The automatic control device guarantees full adjustment. At present, many manufacturers use manual methods to adjust the air volume and air pressure. When the system is started during system commissioning, in order to start the fan at no load, the air valve at the fan outlet needs to be closed.
