10,000 dust-free workshop safety and access requirements
For clean room of Class 10,000 , in addition to the technical indicators that must be guaranteed, there are also some requirements for safety and energy saving. Combining years of engineering practice, there are mainly the following aspects.
A. Fan failure alarm.
Determine whether the fan is working normally by detecting the wind current status of the fan. If the fan stops due to motor burnout or loose belt, etc., the alarm should be reported immediately.
B. Fan frequency conversion control
In order to maintain a stable positive pressure in the clean room or a certain fresh air / return air ratio, the 10,000-level dust-free workshop can implement frequency conversion control on the number of revolutions of the machine (motor). Practice has proved that frequency conversion control is more effective than simple damper opening adjustment control, and can greatly save power consumption. Because in the air conditioning system, the fresh air / return transmission accounts for the largest proportion of power consumption. The damper control actually changes the air flow through a throttling device (ie, a damper).
C. Water pump frequency conversion control
When a 10,000-level dust-free workshop has a one-pump-to-one adjustment system, it is better to use variable frequency speed regulation (water pump revolutions) to achieve flow control than to use a throttling device (ie, a regulating valve). This method is not only reflected in better control results, but also in a substantial savings in power consumption.
D. Energy saving procedures
Due to the application of the computer control system, the energy-saving control of the 10,000-level dust-free workshop becomes a reality. That is, in addition to the above-mentioned energy-saving control measures implemented on the process characteristics of the air-conditioning system, computer control can also implement such as enthalpy difference control, night circulation, night wind purification, optimal start-stop, zero-energy zone, etc. Of course, for a specific clean plant, the energy saving program should be compiled according to its specific conditions to achieve the best energy saving effect.
